Steel Discs

Kart Components manufacture a wide range of discs for rental and race karts.

Our steel discs are laser cut and then precision ground in house to provide a high quality finish. Steel discs are available in 6mm & 8mm thickness with a 76mm or 100mm location diameter. They are also available plain or with slots to stop the pads from glazing up.

Cast Iron Discs

12mm x 200mm x 76mm

Kart Components now manufacture a new 12mm x 200mm fully vented disc from solid cast iron billet.

This disc is designed especially for use with our MXRACE-S Brake system. It has a location diameter of 76mm and an overall diameter of 200mm. It is 12mm thick and is radially drilled for lightness and ventilation. It also has grooves machined on the swept area to keep pads keen.

12mm x 200mm x 100mm

Kart Components can also supply this cast cast iron disc.

It has a location diameter of 100mm and an overall diameter of 200mm. It is 12mm thick and is cross drilled for lightness and ventilation. It also hasholes drilled on the swept area to keep pads keen.
