Heavy Duty Wheels

We manufacture heavy duty precision CNC machined cast aluminium kart wheels finished with a mirror like finish using the latest diamond technology. Tyre & location diameters are machined at the same time to ensure wheels run true.

Heavy duty wheels are machined to twice the thickness of racing wheels to help them stand up to the heavy contact that occurs in the kart rental market.

Front Wheels

All rental kart front wheels are now produced from a high specification alloy and heat treated for extra strength, they also come with and upgraded RS bearings to help withstand the heavy contact the occurs in the kart rental market.

115mm Offset Bearing available with :

17mm Bearings.
20mm Bearings.
17mm/20mm Stepped Bearings.
115mm Central Bearing available with :

17mm Bearings.
20mm Bearings.
17mm/20mm Bearings.
Taper Roller Bearings.

 

Rear Wheels

We machine the bearing bores and tyre diameters at the same time which makes these wheels run 100% true.

Available in 120mm, 150mm, 175mm and 200mm sizes.
