MX Braking Systems (rental)

All MX Braking Systems are fully self adjusting and are made to a high specification using the latest technology and materials.

These brakes have been especially designed to be used on rental karts and are extremely tough and reliable. They been upgraded for 2012 with our own MX Hose and stainless steel fittings. All MX Brakes are fitted with high temperature seals and will stand up to the tough environment of rental karts giving hours of trouble free running.

MX50

Rental Kart System

The MX50 is our entry level fully self adjusting brake system. The caliper is made fromheat treated cast aluminium. This system give solid reliability at an economical price. Is equally at home on rental or rally karts and is also used on the popular Powerturn vehicles.

MX100

Rental Kart System

The MX100 is new for 2012. This system is designed for rental karts using faster more powerful engines or for twin seat karts(pictured below) The MX100 takes a 12mm or 13mm fully vented disc and is becoming more popular as rental karts get faster.

MX200

Rental Kart System

The MX200 is our most popular rental kart system. Manufactured from high quality aluminium billet and then hard anodised, this system is extremely reliable with very low running costs. Currently being used by tracks all over the world this system is popular with rental kart manufacturers as OEM equipment and tracks wanting to replace their current brakes.

MX200R

Rental Kart System

The MX200R has been especially designed for the new German brake regulations requiring a brake system to have two independently operated brake lines controlling each piston. This system is currently being widely used in Germany including the Schummacher Kart & Event Centre where it was initially tested.
