MX Braking Systems

All our MX Braking Systems are manufactured by us in the UK.

These are available in for various uses from rental karts to endurance racing. All systems are come with aeroquip hose and chromed fittings and are filled with Dot 5 Silicone Fluid. MX Braking Systems have been sold the world over and are in use in many of the top rental kart tracks in Europe. .

MX200

The MX200 is the top of range system especially designed for Rental Karts.

Designed to be used with an 8mm thick disc or 6mm disc when using thicker pads. This system is made from aluminium billet and then hard anodised for extra durability.

MX200R

The MX200R is another top of the range system for rental karts.

This system was especially designed for the European market where the law says that rental karts must have a fail safe system with two lines between the master cylinder and caliper. This caliper can also be used with the single master cylinder if required. Currently being used in the Ralf & Michael Schummacher Kart Centres.

MXRACE

The MXRACE System is another top of the range system for pro karts etc.

Designed with endurance racing racing in mind this system has been upgraded recently with the use of Viton seals. To be used with a 12mm or 13mm thick disc.

MX50

The MX50 our entry level self adjusting system for rental/rally karts.

This system is made from cast aluminium and then anodised black. The system also benefits from using the same high temp seals, master cylinder and fluid as the higher spec systems but offers superb value for money for a fully self adjsusting system.

MX Master Cylinders

MX Master cylinders are fully self adjusting and available in two models.

The single cylinder option we have been manufacturing for years and has been sold world wide. With superb reliability this cylinder has proven very popular not only with our own brake systems but also when used with other calipers.

The double master cylinder was new in 2010 and was initially designed to be used with MX200R twin caliper to offer two brake lines to the caliper for extra safety. But has also been used for front and rear braking systems for lots of applications.

We understand that brakes need routine maintenance and we have high stocks of spares to keep your karts on the track. From seals, fluid and hoses to pads, pins and springs we have them all here. Hoses can be made to your own length and we have all types of fittings that can be used. We can offer superb discounts on brake pads when brought in bulk.
