 We have also redesigned our 12mm x 200mm fully vented disc.

This disc is manufactured from solid cast iron billet and has been radially drilled for ventilation. A superb disc which gives outstanding performance.

MXRACE-S

We have upgraded our MX Race System to the all new MXRACE-S.

This system uses the latest seal technology to stamp out brake binding and incredible performance. We have also upgraded all the fittings to stainless steel and the system also comes with our all new MX TUV approved aeroquip hose.

New products - Rental Kart Equipment

We have added to our range of rental kart equipment. 

We have upgraded our seat inserts to be thicker and tougher for continual use.

We also have added our own XL rental kart seat which is also tough and sturdy.

Our own steering wheels have also been added and all are available at superb prices.

New Product - 130mm 5 Spoke Front

 Kart Components (Manufacturing) Ltd have upgraded the 130mm 5 Spoke front that is used by mostly in Pro Kart Racing. We have upgraded the spec of aluminium and as a result have eradicated the bearing problems that occurred after a few hours use. This new 130mm front is now ideal for endurance racing and won't let you down.

NEW - 100mm Cadet Wheel

Kart Components Manufacturing Ltd have added to their already impressive range of Jet Wheels.

We are now manufactruring a new 100mm hub fixing cadet front wheel. This wheel will has a 50mm offset and has been especially designed for cadet racing.

To support the new regulations regarding dual braking systems we now offer a new brake caliper and master cylinder.

New Product - Black Wheels

We can supply our full range of Jet Wheels with a black powder coat finish. The black powder coat acts as an insulator getting the tyres up to temperature quicker and maintaining the heat in the tyres resulting in better traction.

MX Braking Systems Now With Dot 5 Silicone Fluid

Kart Components Manufacturing Ltd now fill all MX Braking Systems with Dot 5 Silicone fluid. With more and more customers requesting Silicone fluid and after months of testing we have decided that all MX Braking Systems supplied from 2007 onwards will use Dot 5 Silicone fluid.

New Twin Bolt Fixing Hubs

Kart Components now manufacture a new twin bolt fixing hub for the ProKarts. Made from heat treated aluminium this hub eliminates movement on the axle which happens with some single bolt fixing hubs. November 2006.
