95mm/105mm Cadet Front Wheel
NEW PRODUCT: OCT 2018
We have upgraded our JET-95C cadet rim. We have reduced the bearing spacing by 5mm which in turn has also reduced the offset by 5mm. We have also manufactured the rim from a new stiffer heat treated aluminium. Wheel measures 95mm across the tyre beads and 105mm total width.
The wheel now matches the bearing configuration and offet of the popular slick rim fitted to the Synergy chassis.
Tested on the Synergy cadet chassis the result is a rim which offers greater flexibility in the tyre making them warm up quicker offering better grip when needed.

105mm/115mm Offset Cadet Rim
NEW PRODUCT: JUNE 2018
We have added another new wheel to our range of aluminium kart rims. This wheel is 105mm across the tyre beads with 115mm total width.
Extensively tested on the Project One cadet chassis the new wider rim stiffens the tyre and widens the contact area on the tarmac. This can reduce grip when less grip is needed. This rim can also offer fantastic wet weather performance.

KC30 Caliper Weather Shield
NEW PRODUCT: APR 2018
We designed and developed a weather shield for our KC30 caliper.
Manufactured from stainless steel the new part is spring loaded and clips on and off the caliper. Designed to be used in damp and wet weather this will protect the pads and pistons from all the dirt that gets thrown up in wet conditions.

Lightweight Cadet Rim
NEW PRODUCT: MAR 2018
We have a new version of our popular 100 offset cadet rim now available. The new rim uses 61903RS bearings with a smaller spacing which makes this rim stiffer offering more grip. This also gives greater movement on the stub axle meaning this wheel can be used in changing conditions.
As a result of the smaller bearings we have mangaed to shave 100g off the weight of the rim when compared to a standard 100mm offset.

All three compounds are designed to be used on our standard and stainless steel disc options.
