Front Wheels

Our rental kart wheels are manufactured from high quality heat treated cast aluminium.

These are available for 17mm and 20mm stub axles. Come with valves and bearings fitted. Spacers also available if required.

We manufacture wheels to fit all major rental kart manufacturers and can offer bespoke wheels sybject to minimum orders.

All wheels are supplied with bearings and valves fitted.

Rear Wheels

Our rental kart wheels are manufactured from high quality heat treated cast aluminium.

The rear wheels come in two sizes 160mm or 180mm and are supplied with valves fitted.

30mm Quick Release Bearing Carriers

These aluminium bearing carriers are designed for 30mm axle bearings and are supplied in bare aluminium.

We can anodise these parts upon request if needed.

Brake Systems

The KC55 is a very capable brake system for rental karts offering superb reliability and value for money.

Discs & Carriers

We manufacture our disc carrier from high quality aluminium billet. This carrier has a 76mm location and is designed to fit our 8mm x 200mm steel brake disc.

The parts are compatible with our KC55 brake system and also Biz Karts brake system.

Honda Engine Mounts

Our Honda engine mounts will fit all Honda engines from the GX120, GX160, GX200 and GX270 ranges. Tough and durable these parts are manufactured from heat treated aluminium and will keep the engine in place.
